Complex 1

The complex of apartments is located in the north part of the most famous Bulgarian resort Sunny Beach, a place full of natural beauty, entertainment and fun. This cozy complex offers you an exceptional combination of privacy, rest and recreation. At the same time it is next door to the best hotels offering the most exciting night life in the region. It will consist of 212 apartments – 36 studios, 64 one bedroom apartments, 104 two bedroom apartments and 8 three bedroom apartments. Complex 2

This is the first complex on the Sunny Beach resort with its own Golf-club. The complex is located right next to the lovely Aqua Park and 7 minutes walk from the lovely beaches of Sunny Beach. The owners of apartments in our new complex will become members of our Golf club and can practice their strikes and pads and improve their golf skills the whole year round on the Golf training course. The complex consists of 186 apartments. Price starts from 30 000 Euros. The building of the complex will start March 2007, rough building and roofing is expected to be finished in autumn 2008 and completion expected in July, 2009.

Complex 3

The owners of apartments in the complex will become members of our Golf club and can practice their strikes and puts and improve their golf skills on the training putting green with 15 holes on the territory of the complex or in our Golf training course the whole year around. It is located just in 800 meters from the best beach on the coast and less than 500 meters from the center of the Sunny Beach. The complex offers you all extras one may want in a luxury complex – 3 restaurants Sea food cuisine, Italian cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine; bar; Vienna Cafe; swimming pools for children and adults; shops; saunas; change; playgrounds for children; tennis court-football field; internet club; rent-a-car; a guarded parking lot. The complex consists of 48 apartments. The completion of the complex was in June, 2008
